1. Attorney at law licensed and admitted to practice law in New York State on March 26, 1996.

2. Since admission to Bar, practice has been limited almost exclusively to the field of Matrimonial and Family Law.

                                        3. Partner in the law firm of Palmer, Warren, Murphy & Tripi, Buffalo, New York.

                                        4. Associations and positions:

(a) Member of the Erie County Bar Association and participating on the Matrimonial Law Committee, Family Law Committee and Young Lawyers Committee

(b) Chair of the Young Lawyer’s Committee, Erie County Bar Association, 2001- present.

(c) Chair of the High School Mock Trial Competition of the Erie County Bar Association, 2001-present.

(d) Member of the Board of Directors for the Women’s Lawyers of Western New York 2003 - present.

                                        (e) Member of the New York State Bar Association and Family Law Section.

                                        (f) Act as Fee Arbitrator in Matrimonial matters for the Eighth Judicial District.

                                        (g) Western New York Matrimonial Trial Lawyers Association.

(b) President’s Pro Bono Services Attorney Award by the New York State Bar Association - 1997

(c) Volunteer Lawyers Project Pro Bono Award for Family Court (November 29, 2000)

                                        8. Advanced Training:

(a) In June 1997, awarded for successful completion June 1997 of a post-graduate training seminar in Family Law taught by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers at Loyola University of Chicago School of Law.

(b) In May 1998, attended an advanced seminar in Brooklyn, New York sponsored by the Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers regarding the issues of matrimonial actions, matrimonial agreements, disclosure, custody, equitable distribution and enforcement.

(c) In May 2001, attended an advanced seminar in New York City sponsored by the Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers regarding the issue of complex equitable distribution.

(d) In October 2003, attended a Law Guardian training seminar in Rochester, New York sponsored by the Appellate Division Fourth Department.
